We create the graphics people actually notice.

Vital Signs is a Des Moines sign shop that designs, prints, and installs. In this current form, we’ve been at it since 2010 — long enough to know which materials hold up, which ones fail early, and which “great idea” might need some help to translate practically.

We’re a medium-sized shop on purpose. Big enough to handle a real project, small enough that you still talk to people who understand the job. Designers, production, and installers work in the same building, so the handoff between “looks good on screen” and “works in the real world” is shorter than it is at a lot of places.

We make cool stuff. We also know when cool is the wrong call. If a simpler option will do the job better or last longer, we’ll say so. If the deadline is tight, we’ll tell you what has to move and what can wait. You stay in charge of the decision. We stay responsible for the result.

From the first file to the finished install, we see the job through. That’s the standard.
